Options fitted to UK tourers

• Shut off end washroom

A divider door leads to large washroom area - pic shows the lovely Compass Magnum with swivel cassette loo and vanity sink. The walk-in shower and wardrobe opposite. End washrooms allow a greater privacy and space for changing and all of your WC needs.

• Standard washroom

A 2001 Avondale Mayfly's washroom, the standard setup is a full wetroom with integral shower, loo, sink, storage et al.

• Seperate shower - This denotes a dedicated shower cubicle as opposed to the wetroom configuration where the loo is in the same area.

• Thetford cassette loo

Older vans will be equipped with a basic "porta potty" however Thetford cassette loo's made touring life a step easier and cleaner. The model above installed to the glorious Bailey Senator Carmargue, operation is simple to flush using 2 x rotary controls, manual or electric flush on the posh models! The later models are a little higher and swivel for optimal position. All units empty cleanly and simply, access being from a locker on the outside of the tourer. Flush water will need filling occasionally on most models.
